Willow & Olive SHOP POLICIES
⏳CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME
Each item is made-to-order, just for you and requires 3-7 *business days for production. Some products ship more quickly within 3-4 business days, while others can take up to the full 7 business days for production.*Business days are Monday thru Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Shipping estimates are available on the listing and at checkout. Please make sure to review these before placing your order. Once production begins on your order, it cannot be changed or canceled.
📫 SHIPPING
FREE economy shipping is available on most of our products within the USA. Some products, like our Woven Blankets, ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail. Some products do have a small shipping fee due to their weight. Shipping Upgrades like USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail are also available on certain products at checkout. Please note that upgrading your shipping method does not upgrade your production time, only transit time. We do offer International shipping via USPS Priority Mail International on select products. See each listing or your shopping cart for an estimate on shipping times. *We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to shipping carriers transit times being beyond our scope of control, but we do our best to turn your orders around quickly.
⌛️ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If changes or cancellations are required on your order, please contact us within one (1) hour of purchase. We process the custom artwork on orders quickly and they enter production shortly after you place the order. Once they enter production, changes cannot be made, and the order cannot be canceled at that time. Please make sure to double-check spelling and ship-to address at time order is placed! Your order will be personalized exactly as you enter the personalization info. If you do make a mistake on your personalization, and the order has already entered production, we will work with you to create a new item for you with your correct info at a reduced cost. We aim to please and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. In the rare occurrence we make a mistake on your order, or it arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of receipt, before leaving a review. We will remake a corrected item for you at no charge. Since all of our items are made-to-order, we do not provide refunds. In the rare occurrence there is shipping damage or we have made an error on the personalized design, which is different than what you entered, we will reprint your order at no charge. We cannot provide refunds due to colors not matching from your monitor settings or if you have changed your mind on an item, since each item is made-to-order just for you.
📜 GIFT MESSAGES
We can send a gift message with all of our products, excluding Art Prints, that will be printed on the packing slip. No pricing will be shown. Please include your gift message at the time of checkout.
📜 PROOFS
In order to insure a speedy turnaround on your order, Proofs are generally not sent on most products. Please make sure to double-check your spelling, punctuation, capitalization and color choices prior to checkout as your order will be created exactly as you request in the order notes. If an item does include a proof, it will say so in the listing description. We are happy to provide you with a proof prior to production, if you request it at time of purchase. 3 proofs are included at no charge with your order. Additional proofs are $10 per proof due to the graphic design time involved and must be paid prior to 4th, 5th, 6th proofing etc. Proofing will delay the promised "delivery timeframe" as proofing is not taken into account for the production timeframe noted in the listings. *If you request a proof, or the listing includes one, and fail to respond within a timely manner (24 hours) of the proof being sent via Etsy messages, we will assume you approve the proof and the order will go into production. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Thanks so much!

🌱 BLANKET AND PILLOW FABRIC
We offer custom Organic Cotton Woven Blankets, Plush Minky Fleece, Jersey Swaddle and Sherpa blankets. Our printed and sewn lumbar and square pillows are made with the highest grade spun polyester with a medium drape. Our blankets and pillows are designed in our Iowa, USA studio and professionally printed and woven in the USA from organic or imported materials. Photos of the fabrics are included in the listing description. Please make sure to review fabric photos before purchase. Minky, Sherpa and Swaddle blankets are CPSC compliant.
🖨️ COLOR & DESIGN
Professional state-of-the art printers and jacquard looms are used to create all of our items. Our designs are color-calibrated to our printers and looms. We make every effort to provide listing photos that show accurate color. However, since monitor colors and device settings vary, they may alter how your final product color appears in real life. We do not provide refunds for color variances due to monitor settings.
We will create your design to make it as aesthetically pleasing as possible. If small tweaks need to be made to the design to achieve this, we will do so, without sending a proof. If large changes need to be made that will change the overall look and feel of the design, we will send you a proof for your approval before production can begin.

Amy Brinkman is the creative force behind Willow & Olive. Her artistic journey began as the Co-Founder & Owner of Cloud 9 Design, Inc., a successful scrapbooking product manufacturing company. After years of designing products and managing Cloud 9 Design, it was sold to Fiskars Brands, Inc. Amy went on to become Fiskars Senior Creative Director for the Cloud 9 Design brand.
Amy's products have been featured and sold all over the world, with clients such as Target, QVC, Michaels, Joann’s, Hobby Lobby and other independent stores worldwide. Amy has appeared on QVC numerous times as a guest, both in the USA and the UK with her products.
She is enjoying her latest venture as the creative force for Willow & Olive, a personalized lifestyle brand. Her designs grace homes and businesses around the world.

5 out of 5 starsI love it! It's an anniversary gift for my in-laws, and they're going to love it. Awesome keepsake. Quality is good. Delivery was right on time. Would definitely buy from this seller again. The only negative thing I would say for a beautiful keepsake like this, packaging could of been better. It was put in a plastic Delivery bag only. It could of been in a clear plastic bag 1st for protection, then put it in the Delivery bag or a box, which would of been even better. They stuffed the packaging in my small mailbox and packaging had a hole in it and blanket was exposed. Thankfully blanket was not damaged.

5 out of 5 starsDoesn’t deserve 5 stars - It deserves MORE! You get exactly what is advertised and in this day and age, that’s hard to find. The pillow colors were vibrant. The fabric was quality, and the size was exactly as specified. On top of that, our order arrived a few days earlier than expected. If you’re on the fence about this purchase, don’t be. It’s a unique find that you will not regret!

GIFT MESSAGES ON ORDERS
Gift messages CAN be included on the following products: Camp Mugs, Ceramic Mugs, and Blankets. Gift messages CANNOT be included on our lumbar and square pillows or art prints and canvases due to limitations within the shipping interface.
CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?
Our other personalized products are made-to-order and printed on demand. Because we partner with various printing companies across the USA, we cannot "rush" these orders in the production phase. However, we do our best to create your artwork quickly and also offer upgraded shipping options at checkout.
PROOFING
If you ordered a product that comes with a proof, or you request a proof at time of checkout, you are allowed three total proofs per order at no charge. After that, proofing charges are $15 per proof payable before production begins. Proof is sent via Etsy convo messages, usually within 1-2 business days after purchase, so please watch for it. Because a lot of our orders are time-sensitive for gifts and weddings, we must keep them moving to avoid delay. If you fail to respond to proof being sent, within 24 hours, production will begin and at that time all sales are final. **IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS, BUT AFTER ARTWORK / PROOFING HAS BEEN DONE, A 25% OF ORDER TOTAL WILL BE CHARGED FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN TIME.
DID YOUR ORDER ARRIVE DAMAGED? PROBLEMS WITH ORDER?
If your order arrived damaged from shipment, please message us with a photo of damaged item and your name and order number within 2 business days of receipt to insure a complementary reprint of your order. If you have a problem with your order in any way, please message us directly prior to leaving a negative review to give us time to rectify any issue with your order. Customer service and quality products are our number one priority, so please contact us before leaving a review, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, so we can come to a mutual resolution.
